Heres Chris's shoes before and after our run as featured in Mile-003. My socks ended up in the bin!Until Saturday he had two pairs of identical running shoes - they dont look so identical now !!! .. but every cloud has a silver lining - he now has a designated on-road and off-road pair !!!
